Create A Listing Page To Use On Facebook

If you have a listing, you want to use this type of page with a Facebook Ad & to post it on your FB page.

A common mistake agents make is simply posting a listing on FB. 
This will not generate leads for you.  

What you do is send traffic from Facebook to one of our "Facebook Integrated" landing pages. 
With this setup, the lead is captured first, then then we show the property information to each new lead.

This is how you utilize your listing to build your lead database and build your brand.

A Few Notes:

Take the URL(website address) of your HOME page and use it with your Facebook Ad and post.

If you have a new listing, use it to generate buyer leads with this type of page.

Make sure you follow up with every lead. 

The lead gets an instant email message for you but you can send an email blast to the new leads.  For example, send
an email blast with a short message with a property update, a new open house, price reduction...or...if it goes into escrow,
let every lead know about it. 

In your follow up message to leads:

1. Ask them to contact you. 
2. Tell them you can find them a great home.
3. Follow up with a buyer quiz to qualify them.

How to follow up with a buyer quiz?
Easy...
Setup a buyer quiz and in your email include the URL (website address) of the buyer quiz.

For example a short message like this:



Just a quick note from _____ , the listing agent on the new property you viewed via Facebook.

I just wanted to updated you about the property.  It is now in escrow. 

However, I would love to help you find the perfect home. I can help by hand picking a list of properties that meet your specific needs.

How to send an email blast to your database?

Just do this:

1. Click the DATABASE icon for your page
2. Click the "Bulk Mailer" link
3. Type message and send.
