There are several ways to use a quiz. 
This is one of the most effective ways to use it to generate leads on Facebook.

This example has Facebook lead capture on the "HOME" page
and the quiz on page 2 (the THANK YOU page).

Here is the 3 step lead flow

1. Prospect is sent to HOME page.  The HOME page has FB lead capture.
2. If lead is captures, the new lead is sent to the THANK YOU page for the quiz.
3. If lead completes the quiz, they are sent to the REPORT page.


Often, the REPORT page will have a short note from the agent.
Some use the report to have a summary of the program.


Use the online editor to setup your REPORT page as you need.




If you have FB lead capture on the home page and a quiz on the thank you page you must do 2 things:

1. If you are asking for name, email, or phone in the quiz, you must use the input type: "TEXT BOX" for these options:






2. If the quiz is on the thank you page, then where do you want the lead to go after quiz is finished?





In most cases, you want the new lead to go to the REPORT page. 
If this is the case then enter the report URL like this:




Just enter: report.html
